Why this offer exists
We've spent our careers in the kind of organisation where AI pilots now stall: regulated, multi-entity businesses with real data, real risk committees and real legacy systems.
The pattern is the same. The demo goes well, then the pilot stops, for reasons that have little to do with the model. The requirement can't be tested, the data isn't ready, nobody can build it, risk can't approve it, nobody owns it, or nobody uses it.
Those are architecture, delivery and change problems. They're the problems we've spent 25 years solving, so that's the work we do.
